Summary: This is a fabulous place to stay in lovely Charlestown. The hotel, bar and amenities are excellent. There is a lively terrace to have a drink and something to eat while you soak up the views of the sea and harbour. The staff are all lovely and make you feel very much at home. We have visited before and it’s nice to pick up conversations with staff who make the effort to make you feel welcome. It’s an ideal place to stay if you are visiting the Eden Project or if you want a base to explore the St Austell and Fowey area. The rooms are very nicely decorated and feel plush. There is also free parking at the sister pub up the road, the Rashleigh Inn. All in all - top place to stay and lovely people!
